Q. What is the difference between Mayson's Finest Frozen Margarita Mix and Mayson's Finest On the Rocks Margarita Mix?
A. Mayson's margarita mixes are specifically formulated for optimum enjoyment, depending on whether you prefer a Frozen Margarita or a Margarita “On the Rocks”. Each recipe complements the manner in which it should be enjoyed.
Q. How do the On the Rocks mix and the On the Rocks R/U mix differ?
A. Mayson's Finest On the Rocks mix is a concentrated product while Mayson's On the Rocks “Ready To Use” (R/U) is a non-concentrated mix. To enjoy the concentrated mix, add water and tequila, then pour over ice. To enjoy the R/U mix, just add tequila, then pour over ice. Please note that these two products have distinct tastes.
Q. How are Mayson's Mixes packaged?
A. Generally Mayson's retail line is bottled in 1 liter containers. Mayson's mixes also come in gallon sized bottles for heavy users such as restaurants and bars. Its the same great mix, just different size packaging.
Q. Does Mayson's Finest Frozen mix need to be kept in the freezer?
A. No, this mix can be stored at room temperature until ready for use.

Q. Do you ship all over the United States?
A. Currently, Mayson's can be sent to any location in the continental United States. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO Boxes, the US Virgin Islands, or International orders, please fill out the form on the “Contact Us” page.
Q. Which credit cards do you accept?
A. Mayson's accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
Q. When will my shipment arrive?
A. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Most orders will ship with UPS ground unless next day, 2 day, or 3 day service was selected at checkout. Please note that Mayson's will make every effort to ship your items as expediently as possible but some factors may be outside of our control (ie – weather, incorrect shipping address, etc.). For RUSH orders, please contact Customer Service at (770) 667-7621.
RETURN POLICY
Q. What is the return policy for Mayson's?
A. If there are any problems with your order – whether the merchandise received was damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service Depart at (770) 667-7621 immediately upon receipt. Mayson's will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Q. How Do I Return a Package?
A. If a return needs to be made, please contact the Customer Service Department within 14 days by calling (770) 667-7621 emailing custserv@maysons.com. The customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your merchandise to Mayson's for a prompt refund. Please ship your item insured and prepaid to the following address:
